1. Identifying, sourcing & negotiating with International, National & Local Developers and Investors who have potential and interest in investing in real estate at proposed township with respect to Residential, Commercial/Retail, Entertainment, Hospitality and Leisure.

2. Finalize lease agreement with potential developer.

3. Creating financial models related to revenues, expenses and cash flows associated with the deal.
